When the noise is low - your signal is there - so there
is no question that we get the mileage for the full 12 months.
Preparing for the August captures now (being my usual optimistic self !)

I was hoping same - I know where TAG and VD should appear on the screen,
relative to your signal - so - if Mike is 185.303 - he should be on that
screen.

I find quite a difference in signal propagation from here (London) to the
East when compared to the stations from the West. I have usually copied Lyle
and Bryce in the late evening ( before midnight), while the stations from
the NorthEast (like yourself) peak in the early morning hours.
But - noise level is highest in the evening hours (TVs, dimmers, etc) when I
would hope to see Mike. Then, after midnight you appear and stay until your
sunrise...... but I usually don't get Western captures at that time.

Yep - I keep watching that lightning site

and plan accordingly.
See you tonight !!!
