In a few days, should I win my battle against the idiosyncrasies of the latest
version of the C++ compiler I am using, I will release V 0.94 of Jason,
with a new and much better decoder, thanks to Stewart Nelson K7KKA.
The encoding format does not change, assuring thus compatibility with 0.93
This should give ground for new experiments...
