On reading that prior argumentative post, I didn't think that beggars
metaphor fit, as I think you indicate, too.

Group:
Look, we lowfers are "choosers' merely by signing up for this fine
list. But neither are we Beggars," a lowly miss-applied appellation at
best. We all can be advisors, however, to others on the list--and the
List Op. Further, a hastily worded post may appear as a crass remark or
complaint but can usually be turned as a suggestion, a call for action,
ideally. For the latter, I'd say that was self-empowering and
constructive. True, not all "good ideas" will be acted upon ... but who
knows until offered?

Peace ye all. Let's stay focused on Bat(s) and Wolf(es), not our
personal sins.
