[Lowfer] BAT beacon changes for tonight

OK folks - the final part of this particular experiment. I have removed
ALL of the base loading completely. SO the highest part of the current is
solely in the vertical 30 foot element. The top loading coil is still
present as are the three top hat wires. The longest top hat wire has a
couple of hundred pf of capacity to ground at its end.

Antenna current increased from .6A last night to .72A. Impedance stayed
at 50 ohms. SO that means the power increased from 18 to 26 watts out.
Again, reports welcome. Thanks to those that have replied previously.

BAT will remain on tonight (166.5 KC running QRSS60) until about 7AM
tomorrow CST.
