[Lowfer] NC on 166.499 again tonight, nil on BAT

Getting great print on NC again tonight here in TN. Signal is showing some
+/- 15 dB building and fading over three or four minute periods now at
0430Z. No trace of BAT here over the last couple of hours that I have been
watching. I am seeing a solid carrier on 166.501 that is showing somewhat
the same fading characteristic that NC is showing. NC is sending NC NC NC
tonight rather than NC and his grid square.
