Hi Mike,

I am happy owner of an HP3586B that I use mostly for
NDB DXing. I got my op manual (copy) from
http://www.surplussales.com/Manuals/ManTestEqpt.html
It is PUB-HP-3586A/C; Photo Copy HP 3586A/B/C Meter &
now goes for $28. It is worth it as it comes in a
nice binder with addendums to the original manual.

Enjoy & happy DXing,
Mike KB6WFC
