[Lowfer] Figured out beacon...

I figured out what I am seeing next to LEK. It is BRO; dah, I have to get
used to receiving in SSB instead of CW. The HP is set to LSB now, which, as
you all knew except me it inverts the signals!!! I'll have to calibrate ARGO
in USB tomorrow night. There is still some signal on the other side of LEK,
which I don't know what it is. Maybe it is Loran since there is a station up
north in Minnesota.
