[Lowfer] Who is behind JLD?

I just happened to be looking at 184.512 over night last night and got the
following capture of JDH. The settings on Argo were a bit unusual 30 sec/slow
motion but it made a good display. I believe that drift and frequency error is
in his signal since my receiver is locked to GPS.
