[Lowfer] Lowfer Messages

Please note that messages to the lowfer list MUST be in ASCII, not HTML or 
Rich-text format. Messages not in ASCII are sent to me, and I must either 
approve or delete them. I have been correcting them and passing them on, but 
since it is simpler for the members to just post in ASCII, I will be starting 
to delete (bounce) messages that are not in ASCII.
