[Lowfer] LEK mode/freq change (again)

Ran audio captures over night.  Have LEK showing up in some frames but when
the files were processed through ARGO there was no sign of BRO.  Was BRO
up?  I've only processed several files and have a bunch more to go.
This file was stamped 4:19 AM local.
