Litz wire is not inexpensive for the big sizes, but here is a "king
size" supplier:
http://www.wiretron.com/litz.html

Then there's Nebraska Surplus that has small litz for cheep. You can do
an easy search for them.

A recent poster here offered litz. Maybe he's lurking.
