[Lowfer] RLD beacon health report

RLD was suffering from a shorted 2n2907.  All the power from the 2n3904 was
going the easy way back to ground.  It appeared as if I was drawing current
and all but what I didn't know was that 90% or so of my power was being
radiated as infra-red.  Anyway all is well now with 20 volts at 50 ma final
input current.  This is the third 2907 that I have went through in this
amplifier due to operator stupidity.  Dex had to put his LC filter in to
keep my signal from blowing up his receiver and there is some kind of red
glow over my house.   Also my touch lamp will not quit turning on and off
but wife disagrees with unplugging it...guess I will have to just dump some
more power into the antenna and blow it up:).
