[Lowfer] WA & TAG sigs

Hey all,

With my 1 meter active whip at 40 feet, WA is 5db stronger in FN42qw.  WA
has about 8db over TAG here with one of the K9AY legs pointed directly at
TAG which is approximately 30 degrees west of WA.  
Still no intelligent sign of VLF.
Congrats to Paul for breaking the glass ceiling with JA's report of the
reception.
