[Lowfer] NC LF now transmitting PSK2

Ran SpectrumLab all night with zero results. When I got up at 5:30 this
morning (have to work), I ran ARGO to see if there was a trace. For about
an hour before sunrise, I did see what could/should have been the signal.
It was 2-3 HZ wide at it's strongest. Does this figure to the bandwidth of
a PSK2 signal? Switched back over to decode with SpectrumLab with no
decode. Sig faded as the sun came up over the water.
