[Lowfer] Anyone own up to a Sig on 186.000?

While home for lunch and watching 185.3 at about 1:50 PM today, I heard a
signal switching on and off.  Found it centered at about 186.000 +- a
couple.  I never heard or seen this one before.  It stopped a few seconds
after I centered on it.  It was pretty strong here and it wasn't WA or TAG
as they were where they supposed to be.  Sounded like it was in my back yard.
AA1A???    Anyone????
