[Lowfer] Multiple Soundcards

The problem with using both just the left and right channels of stereo
audio is that I'm not sure that Argo will accept input from strictly the
left and/or right channel. Then again, Argo may refuse to play with
having two different mixer settings from two soundcards. Also there
may be IRQ conflicts, etc.

I guess the best way to find out is to experiment. I'll try hooking in two
inexpensive SB16 cards and see what happens.
