    Another senior moment here.  :-)   I said yesterday that 1 mw ERP would 
be difficult or impossible with a part 15 Medfer antenna.  Sorry, I was 
thinking of the part 15 Lowfer antennas where 1/2 mw seems about the best ERP 
possible.   I did get an estimated 3/4 mw from my Medfer antenna on 160M 
(worked 4 stations there with the 3/4 mw ERP) and on 1694.65 KHz.  
Unfortuately, even the stations who copied my 3/4 mw CW well on 160M could 
not hear it on 1694.65 because of broadcast QRM, so QRSS is probably 
essential there.
