It looks like a very nice unit, to be sure! It does not have the oven
controlled 10 MHz reference oscillator. The warm up drift seems to be
about 4 Hz @ 15 MHZ against WWV from a stone cold start.

IIRC, I did see that post earlier, but forgot to file it. I'll check

Good job! I've done similar repairs when desperate enough (lack of $$
for new unit.) One question - which board is it? I assume it's
probably located near/connected to the big electrolytic caps by the
power transformer, and not a plug-in board.
