Well, my patience finally paid off, and I managed to obtain an HP 3586C
Selective Voltmeter at a good price.  It seems to work well, and appears
to be quite stable.  It will be a welcome addition to the W5JGV
hamshack.

Unfortunately, it did not come with any documentation or manuals.
Although the basic functions are fairly easy to figure out, I would
appreciate any suggestions or tips on using this fine piece of hardware.

Needless to say, I'd very much like to obtain a manual - either the
operators or service - or both - for the unit.  If someone knows of a
source for the manuals or has a manual they would let me copy, I'd be
greatly appreciative,  (I'll even pay money!) and I'd even make you a
spare copy at the same time.
