Seem to be OK over the last 8 mounths or so, since I added the drain holes 
to the botom of the plastic enclosure. This mainly keeps the 
humidity/condensation down.

Not too much need to re-tune. Seems like the only time I have to tune is 
shortly after I install a new conductor. It usually takes a few days to 
settle in place. Rain doesn't effect the tuning much. Snow, if really 
sticky, has a small effect.
