[LogPlus] LOGPlus! conversion to LoTW

Dear amateur fellows...

All my amateur radio contacts are logged in the LOGPlus! v4.15 (English) program.

I want now to convert my LOGBOOK.DBF file into an ADIF log file to Logbook of the World (LoTW).

Can someone give me instructions in order to get such conversion? How to do it?
