[LogPlus] Logplus to adif converter for LoTW.

I have been looking for a useful Logplus to adif converter for some 
time, but to no avail until I stumbled on PROADIKON.

At first it was only useful for converting the whole "LOGBOOK-file in 
LogPlus, but thanks to the author Volker, DL9HO, the software is now 
able to convert parts of the LOGBOOK-file by setting start and stop 
dates. 
There is only one little glitch. LogPlus uses three letters to 
determine the mode of operation. Hence RTTY is called RTY. LoTW doesn't 
buy that so you have to manually edit all your RTTY-QSOs so they read 
RTTY in the LoTW adif-file, before you upload it. 
However, you´ll be amply warned by the TrustedQSL software so that you 
can take action before attempting to upload the file. Volker is 
notified about this and, who knows, he might come up with a solution.
