[LogPlus] New Country Entries

Adding 2 new countries to my LogPlus.  Montenegro and and Swain's 
Island.  Here are the particulars that I have come up with so far.  Let 
me know if I am doing this wrong.  Am using the Country Update selection 
screen that is listed on the DXCC Award screen, off of the main menu. 
Currently there are a couple of stations on using YU6 and 4O3 for 
Montenegro, I would venture to say the YU6 will probably always be 
Montenegro, but not sure on the 4O3 always being there.  So may have to 
just map a 4O3 call to Montenegro when they appear.  The ARRL DXCC list 
gives no prefix yet for this country.  For Swain's Island, the ARRL 
gives KH8.  So I figured to follow Bob's convention in LogPlus and go 
with KH8/S for Swain's Island.

Any other idea's or guidance?
