[LogPlus] add logbook

Henrik: I have looked in the manual and cannot find anything. However if my 
mind serves me correct that with Version 4 all you have to do is go to F6 and 
enter the call for the new log you want to use. ie nh2/n8mz hit F6 type that in 
line # 2 and all the required files would be generated.except logbook.dbf 
file. Its worth a try. Will do some more research and let you know. Mark N8MZ
