[LogPlus] reinstall logpluv

Guys,
 
I have a new computer installed and the only way to get my logplus from the old one to the new one was to copy it to a CD. It installed fine but will not recognize my callsign.
 
I seem to remember there is a file that is required and evidently it did not come over with the CD. Am I going to be able to make this work and if so how???
