Rod,
 I am using BV7 by DF3CB http://www.df3cb.com/bv/index.html
It is free and I use it to print my labels for LogPlus qsos.
In BV7 you can import your logbook.dbf file and convert it to ADIF
and then sign it with your LoTW certificate.
