[LogPlus] Logbook of The World (LoTW) Observations

Grant:

I am currently running LogPlus 3.56 and want to do what is necessary to
download my log to the LOTW. If you know how to do this, I would
appreciate some pointers. I am sure there are a lot like me out there
still running LogPlus and wanting to do this. Hopefully you will help.
