[LogPlus] Mix/Digital mode field

Hello Martin,

No ,all is possible in new versions too.
 From main logging screen You press Alt+F11. Special setup
screen come up. Under P> Display MIX vice DIG on log screen YES/NO .
Her for DIG counting now PSK also.
