[LogPlus] The End

I came to this conclusion last October, after I set up an additional log
(for MD4K), and it screwed up my data.
I was not able to fix it, could get no help, so decided to move on.
If your not chasing awards, I would get Logger, a freebie; If you need to
chase awards (like I do !); then I elected DX4WIN, which came well
recommended.
I am pleased with my purchase; but have to say that I had some problems
exporting Log Plus directly into DX4WIN - the band info got screwed - I
think because LogPlus uses frequency in Mhz; and DX4WIN treated them as
KHz.
The way I got over this was very simple - I imported the LogPlus into BV7
(another freebie from DF3CB); and then chose ADIF export. That worked on my
22000 QSO's perfectly.
That's my cent's worth

Subject: [LogPlus] The End
In light of the posting to the LogPlus web site, I guess it is time for
those of us who were dedicated enough to stick it out this long, (had
Logplus when it came on a few 360k disk's) to move on to bigger and better
things. At least we got an explanation this time and everything just didn't
disappear!!!!!! Kinda felt like a prom date last time..
Since Bob did not send anything out in 2003, I don't feel like I owe HIM
anything either. I do want to thank those in the group who continue to
answer questions and attempt to help those that continue to use this program
that at one time, in my opinion, was the best there was.
Any suggestions on a program that imports Logplus files with ease and is as
user friendly? I am ready to purchase the "LogPlus Patch" and move onto
something else..
