I just looked at the Logplus homepage and saw Bob's statement,
too bad !
I don't think its a question of  owing or not owing, last time
I recall the right word was being honest or not.

I remember paying Bob (by paypal) a year's subscription for
upgrades, etc... and all I got was 1 upgrade, then he disapeared
to work somewhere and forgot all about it.
When Bob returned we kind of forgot all about this money we payed
for nothing and now he says he doesn't owe us.
Interesting... in Europe if we pay and a company doesn't provides us for
what we bought we usually ask for a refund otherwise we always have
the lawyers or the European Union consumer's court of law...
I don't know how you guys do it in the US.

Anyway the solution is to forget about that money we already payed and
for forward to another software.

(what about those guys that payed for the Windows Version that never
existed ???)
