[LogPlus] Logbook of the World

Thanks to Henrik (OZ6TL), and Martin (DL1ZU) who sent me direct information,
and also Vilnis (YL2KF) who used the LOGPlus! reflector,  I have been able
to convert my LOGBOOK.DBF files to .ADI files for use with the ARRL Logbook
of the World.  The conversion was easy and I was able to upload my logs to
the LOTW server at ARRL during this beta testing period.
