[LogPlus] CT conversion

Hi All,

Been away for a long time (using DX4WIN now).  Glad to hear Bob might be
spending more time on the program.

I've spent the last couple of weeks improving the CT conversion program for
ADIF and LOGPlus!.  Here are the changes - most of them apply to ADIF:

New Features:

   - [ADIF] export FLAGS to WJ2O (grid, IOTA etc.)
   - support for 6M and 2M DXpedition bands
   - [ADIF] frequencies exported to all significant digits
     (i.e. 14.02546 MHz)
   - exports VHF frequencies when logged using radio control
   - [ADIF] time includes seconds (new feature from earlier
     this year)

Bug Fixes:

   - [ADIF] CQ 160 doesn't export STATE for non-USA, or
     PROVINCE for non-VE
   - [ADIF] Bad date/time (think latest version is broken
     for this year)
   - Default sent RST for RTTY should be 599

I'm looking for people to test the new version.  Please send me E-mail direct
and I'll drop you the current copy of the program sometime after 0Z tonight.
