[LogPlus] Help adding logs

Ralph...I forgot to add this...it's early in the morning!

After you copy the V42DBUPD.EXE file to your new log, run the file in the
new log TYPE: v42dbupd (ENTER).  It will instruct you on the update and tell
you to do the GLOBAL INDEX.
