Never underestimate the power of stupidity. It's without limit. Stupidity
accounts for most of the problem. Take Oooooooooola for example, a prime
example. It could further be conjectured that 80 % of the QRM speaks the
same language, and it is not English.
I have been a ham for over 30 years and I agree with some of the others
stating that the problem has been there all along in its basic form.

i think if you listen/ you find most of the noise comes from the southern
latitudes of the us and not from wisconsin or minn or ill or north or so
dakota..people in southern area think we all owe them for something,,people
up north just have to go to work and are really appreciative of their
privaliges...
