[LogPlus] Backup Problem

I don't know for sure about the backup problem, but I think the backup.bat
which runs is always the one from the PLUSV3 directory. I have my backup file
store all the logs each time. No harm there.
Regarding the "off air" module. I have found in version 3 anyway that if you
have an interfaced radio that the "off air" freq and mode are take from the
radio and you cannot change them. Maybe that bug was carried over to V4?
