  Yes Excel is a separate program.  It's part of Microsoft Office or is
sometimes installed separately.  If you ask around I'm sure one of the local
hams in your area or someone you know has it installed on their computer.

  It is a small file and will easily fit on a floppy disk. Just copy it to
the disk and edit  the file when you find someone that will let you use a
computer with Excel...

  You may also check the library in your town since they may have a computer
that has Excel installed also.
