Bob, running Microsoft Outlook 2002 here and yes the files that end with
.exe
Are blocked, but downloading the file from the ftp site is no problem
here.

For those who did not get the file from the email - it was attached
because many folks received it.  You'll have to check your email
programs to see why it didn't make it.  You can download the file from
the ftp site  -  ftp://ftp.logplus.org/english/upgrades/v46.exe.

Yes - the file was dated April 8th.  Why..I ran a time sync program and
it screwed up!  All is well.
