[LOGic] Misc. Stuff RE 2 MONITORS

Another thing I noticed as regards scrolling within the Spot Log, it seems
that every space within the Spot Log is NOT a sweet spot for the mouse
scroll wheel...I was going to report that scroll only works if the mouse is
in the
DATE POSTED
TIME POSTED
SPOT BY
fields, but this is not true either....the scroll function seems to come and
go (as if LOGic is distracted by some other task for a few seconds, then
enables scrolling again.

I use TELNET to post new spots, and it's pretty active, so there's a chance
that TELNET and LOGic are talking to each other, which causes an interrupt
in scrolling.

This is with the Spot Log being placed inside the overall LOGic framework,
and I think this does not have anything to do with multiple monitors.

It is a nitpick, but nonetheless inconvenient to sometimes have functioning
scroll, other times not.

This should cause some thought:

On monitor 2, if I place the framework for Logic , (the main form), on
monitor 2, so that the spot log fits inside the main form, then place "on
desktop" as long as the spotlog is at least 60% within the main window, the
mouse wheel scroll works. If I drag it out so that part of it is on the
windows desktop and the other half within the main form, then wheel
scrolling stops. Weird.
