[LOGic] Misc. Stuff RE 2 MONITORS

OK I found another weird one!

a) LOGICMAP is on the primary monitor...if you drag the mouse over one of 
the spots, you get a little pop-up with details of the spot.

b)  LOGICMAP is on the secondary...if you drag the mouse over one of the 
spots, you DO NOT get a little pop-up with details of the spot.

Seems they should behave the same no matter where they are?
