[LOGic] QRZ subscription problem

The links being returned by QRZ for the Bio page and the photographs are 
bad.  This is a QRZ problem.  The error you get in LOGic
when there is biographical info is "OLE IDispatch exception code 0 from 
msxml3.dll: Access is denied." -- sorry, not to descriptive hihi.

Until they get it fixed, just turn off Bio and Picture display in 
LOGic.  Click the Setup button on the Callbook form. Click QRZ 
Subscription.  Uncheck DISPLAY PICTURE and DISPLAY BIO.
