[LOGic] FCC site down

The FCC licensing access site is down, causing LOGic to generate an 
error when accessing the FCC callbook web site.

Go to 
http://wireless.fcc.gov/services/index.htm?job=licensing&id=amateur and 
click on LICENSE SEARCH and you get the same error.

Hopefully they will fix it soon.  Meantime, turn off FCC web access -- 
click Forms/Callbook//Setup. LOGic's internal callbook still works and 
can be updated online, and ULAR also works.
