[LOGic] MOVING LOGIC TO ANOTHER PC

Thanks for the caveats Hank.

The main thing I want to do is "forklift upgrade" my tables, screen layout,
defaults, etc. I can easily import/export the log, but it's the other stuff
that is so critical to start over with! If you can tell me which items
moved gracefully, that would be a help.

Dennis just sent me an archive link that describes a simple copy + reinstall
process. However it does not address moving from XP to WIN7/64 (which is
what I am doing), and also I don't want to lose my prefix & awards tables,
telnet, fields, etc.

I too am running Flex with VSP and DDUTIL, also will be using an ATI 5670
graphics card...(I hope you didn't just jinx me!). I was under the
impression most of the early unsigned x64 driver issues have been corrected.

I am not crazy about WIN7 (there's two WIN7 PC's in the house, the rest are
XP), but it was time to move to more speed and memory, so I hjope I can
adapt to it. The Flex and hamshack have been limping along with my old
Pentium-D, time to put the old beast out to pasture.

Any LOGic transition tips would be appreciated.

Thanks and 73

Dan
