[LOGic] update fix

Just tried an import here, worked fine. Took longer, but was successful.
Also my Web shortcut for LOTW (Favorite) still works..

Well, tonight for the first time I've been having problems uploading (or
downloading) from LOTW.  Eqsl still works FB, if very slowly as usual.  
I get an error message when LOGic tries to logon to the LOTW site for
uploading.  It says simply "Login failed."  IE then says it has a
connection problem, but other sites can be reached so it's not an
internet problem on this end.  When I try to download from LOTW I get a
similar, if not exactly the same, message. I'll try again tomorrow to see
if this might just be a problem with system maintenance being performed
at this time on the ARRL site.
