Here's the weird thing.  Everything worked just fine 10 days 
ago.  Then I began to get the "Page Not Found" errors when trying to 
upload to LoTW. There was also a reference to not being able to log 
in.   When I try to download, get an error and the window shows a 
lengthy html script.
E-QSL upload gives me an OLE error of some sort and a message about 
interface not recognized and another about nesting.

Initially I used SeaMonkey.  For some odd reason a box for Internet 
Explorer pops up with a blank page, then SeaMonkley (default 
browser)pops up. I experimented and took SeaMonkey out 
completely.  Now just the IE pops up.

The whole thing is crazy.  I must have a configuration issue somewhere.

Any ideas?
