[LOGic] Report needed for DXCC Card submission

Hi:
I need to generate a report that will show me which cards I need to submit
for my LoTW Hybrid DXCC Application.

All paper OR all LoTW are easy, but when there is a mix is when it gets difficult.

I thought I would ask the group before I waste a lot of time "Reinventing the Wheel".

So far I have been able to generate counts for (1)LoTW ONLY and (2) Paper ONLY, so
I have a rough idea about how many cards are involved.

In addition to finding the paper DXCC entities, I would like to identify the paper
Band/Countries that I have to submit.
