[LOGic] Elecraft K3 Driver

The K2 settings work OK but there are some issues when clicking  
spots.  Sometimes it sets the mode correctly and sometimes it does not.

I tried working with Dennis on this but after a little effort he for  
some reason decided he did not want to pursue it further.
