[LOGic] Upload issues resolved

I made a post a week or so back regrading issues uploading my log to lotw.
I kept getting errors messages.
I'm using a laptop by Gateway (now defunct as well as the company who 
purchased them!) AND Vista Home.

I was chatting with a friend (Network engineer) today and he told me 
to TURN OFF the UAC (User Account Control) I did and now the problems are gone!
I just uploaded my log with NO issues

control panel > user accounts > look for UAC > unclick
