[LOGic] TQSL Problem

I have the latest download and have no issues with LotW. Renewing your
license shouldn't be a problem unless you changed your callsign.
Did you run TQSLCert and verify your certificate is OK?
Did you try signing an ADIF file with TQSL to confirm it is working
stand-alone? If it's not, you know the problem is not with Logic.
Did you try a re-install of TQSL? Latest version is always on the LotW site.
