[LOGic] TQSL Problem

Up until  now have never had a problem uploading to LOTW but every recent attempt results in the same failure.

Just after click on my station identification for signing I get the following:

First a window saying that "TrustedQSL has encountered a problem and needs to close".

I close that window and another states that "TQSL failed to create the TQ8 file."

I am not been very active but I do upload to LOTW once I have five or six pending log entries. (4 in this case)

Two things have occurred since my last successful upload to LOTW.

I did download and install the most recent maintenance module from the PDA site (perhaps I should not have)

I   have renewed my station license for another ten years.

I have no problems uploading to eQSL.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this one would be appreciated.
