[LOGic] CNTY message

What you do depends on whether you track counties or not. Normally this 
message comes up when you update awards status... I suspect that is what 
you actually clicked... but then again, I don't use Logic for contests.

If you don't track counties then uncheck the track flag in Setup - Log 
Fields form.

If you do track them you will get errors and you will just have to edit 
them to match what is in the valid values table or change the table... 
there seems to be more than one way of spelling some counties depending 
on where the info comes from and Alaskan and PR counties seem to 
generate errors also You can also just ignore the warning...

I don't have Puerto Rican Counties in my list either. Are they valid for 
the counties awards?
